I’m Outi (pronounced “Oh, tea!”).
I've been designing usability and different kind of digital customer experiences for several type of services, both b-2-b as for customer markets, already since the beginning of this millenium. I founded my own one-woman company Guidesi on 2005 and worked with tens of different customer companies full-time, almost for ten years.
In addition to service design and UX, I have a strong background in facilitation and on-line workshop facilitation. I've facilitated many digital service and service ecosystems design workshops, as well as several innovation and some company culture workshops.
